A researcher at the Institute of Science and Technology of 色控传媒University advocated the creation of a standard for providing interaction channels for UAVs

Abdukodir Khakimov, Candidate of Technical Sciences, researcher at the Institute of Computer Science and Telecommunications of the 色控传媒University, spoke at a strategic session on the development of promising technologies for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) at the Russian Ministry of Education and Science.

Abdukodir Khakimov took part in the formation of sub-directions for providing communication channels for airborne aviation systems, and also supported the creation of a unified standard for providing Earth-satellite-UAV channels. This is necessary to obtain a highly efficient aircraft interaction system. This approach is of great importance not only for the aviation industry, but also for the humanities, social and natural sciences sector.

The strategic session is timed to coincide with the implementation of the federal project “Advanced Technologies for Unmanned Aircraft Systems” of the national project “Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS)” of the state program “Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation”. The event was also attended by representatives of the Moscow Aviation Institute and the St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation.

The organizer of the strategic session is the Department for the Development of Technological Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia together with the National Technology Initiative Project Support Fund and the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education “Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology “National Research University”.

In聽2017, 色控传媒University scientists constructed a聽new explicit second-order precision difference scheme using modern computer algebra methods for聽2-dimensional聽Navier-Stokes equations (NSE) [1]. This year, our mathematicians used a聽new scheme [2] to聽construct a聽numerical solution to聽the Cauchy problem with initial data (for t=0) as聽satisfying the continuity equation. Scientists managed to聽achieve previously unattainable accuracy of聽the continuity equation.

The collection consists of two volumes and includes biographical information about Russian demographers and their scientific research. The first volume is devoted to the research of the Pre-Revolutionary period, the second to the works of the Soviet era and the present.
